Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Chuck Oaks 3 months ago

I came here because I googled "top rated oil change near me" and this came up. I went on a Sunday. They were not busy and I pulled straight in. They were done in about 8 minutes. That is the first time I have ever had a "10 minute" oil change that took 10 minutes or less. I was watching and they got it all done that fast. I will definitely return.

Everytime I go there, they are courteous and knowledgeable. They asked about checking the cabin filter and I was agreeable. I’m glad they looked bc it was dirty. I had been having issues with my AC and not being cool and the force of air poor. After it was changed, it felt like I had a brand new AC unit working. Thanks again for asking if I wanted it looked at!!!

Way too expensive. I'll be sticking with valvoline. The manager just kept talking to the attendant about her upcoming court hearing and what to say to impress the judge- not a good look to talk about in front of the customers especially if the person in question is handling my money.

They not only live up to their promise of a 10 minute oil change, they also live up to a 10 star service! Keri, Steve and Ryan were professional, honest with no haggle, friendly, and I feel, customer satisfaction driven. Unexpectedly, I received a bottle of water to drink and a very delightful smelling car freshener to hang up. They surely have my recommendation and I will surely be back for my next oil change. Thanks again!

Today was my first time there. I drove up and they gave me a water as I was waiting and they were so nice and relatable! I will certainly be returning for future oil changes as it was fast, efficient, and fairly priced with great service.
